New Automated Production Lines for Stainless Steel and High-Zinc-Coated Steel Boost Capacity by 40% to Meet Overseas New Energy Project Needs

Driven by global demand for photovoltaic energy storage, chemical water treatment, and outdoor steel structure projects, the need for high-end, corrosion-resistant steel continues to surge. Jiangsu Zhongersheng Metal has officially launched two new automated production lines dedicated to the mass production of 304/316 stainless steel profiles and heavy-duty hot-dip galvanized steel (coating weights of 120g–275g/m²). The new stainless steel line produces square tubes, round tubes, and industrial plates with dimensional precision and surface finishes that meet ASTM (US) and EN (EU) standards. The heavy-duty galvanizing line significantly enhances salt-spray corrosion resistance, making the steel suitable for harsh outdoor environments such as coastal and desert regions. With these new lines operational, our monthly production capacity for stainless steel and highly corrosion-resistant galvanized steel has increased by 40%; we have also expanded our ready-to-ship inventory, reducing overall lead times for overseas orders by 3–5 days. Our products are widely used in photovoltaic mounting systems, seawater treatment equipment, chemical storage tanks, and large-scale outdoor steel structure projects.
