Equipped with a comprehensive suite of precision instruments—including spectrometers, coating thickness gauges, salt spray testers, and tensile strength testers—the facility enables in-house, end-to-end testing of steel products. Quality control measures are implemented at every stage: raw material intake involves spectral analysis of material composition to prevent non-standard or substandard materials from entering the production line; the production phase includes periodic checks on thickness, flatness, galvanizing layer thickness, and stainless steel surface finish; and the finished product stage entails salt spray corrosion resistance testing and mechanical tensile performance testing, with an official Material Test Certificate (MTC) issued for every batch. Comprehensive test data covering material composition, mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance is available for all carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized, and color-coated products, and the company welcomes on-site inspections by third-party agencies.
