Product Description
The coating was aluminized zinc steel made of 55% aluminum, 43.3% zinc and 1.6% silicon. Aluminum forms a honeycomb layer around the zinc, which can protect the metal from further attack. This means that PPGL will be more durable. According to the data, the service life of PPGL roof panels under normal circumstances is more than 25 years. In addition, it is beautiful and generous, with various colors, patterns and patterns, which can meet different architectural styles. More importantly, PPGL steel has excellent heat resistance, which makes it an ideal roofing material even in hot climates. Whether it is home or investment, PPGL roof panels will be a good choice.
Product Parameters
Color Selection
We provide many colors to choose from, the following are common colors, if you like other colors or patterns, please send us the RAL color code.

PPGL is short for pre-coated aluminum-zinc steel, which uses aluminum-zinc steel as the base material. It is widely used in many fields, especially in roof and wall systems.

Excellent Heat Resistance
Galvanized zinc steel has good heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures above 300 degrees. In addition, it also has the characteristics of high thermal reflectivity. It can therefore even be used as an insulating material. This is why PPGL is a good choice for roofing materials.
Easy Installation And Maintenance
The weight of the PPGL sheet is much lighter than conventional materials. It can also be used directly. All you need to do is connect the roof slabs. As a roof, it is very easy to install to reduce construction time and cost. In addition, it is made of high-strength steel, which is enough to withstand extreme weather. No matter where you are, PPGL will be a cost-effective solution for your roof.
Beautiful Appearance
The aluminized zinc steel plate has good adhesion and smooth surface. Moreover, it can keep the color for a long time. Not only that, Wanzhi Steel also provides a variety of finishes and designs of PPGL corrugated board to choose from, which can adapt to different architectural styles. So no matter what color you want, glossy or matte, dark or light, please contact us for more details.

FAQ
Q1: What types of steel products does your company primarily manufacture and supply?
A: We are a direct manufacturer specializing in carbon steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, PPGI (pre-painted galvanized iron), and stainless steel (grades 201, 304, and 316) in the form of sheets, coils, pipes, and various structural profiles, along with complementary steel structural components. Our products serve a wide range of industries, including infrastructure, photovoltaics, machinery manufacturing, chemicals, and new energy.
Q2: Do you support customization regarding material grades, thicknesses, and dimensions?
A: Customization is available across our entire product range. For carbon steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel, we can adjust thickness, width, and cut-to-length dimensions according to GB, ASTM, or EN standards. Various profiles can be cut and bent based on customer drawings, and special steel grades can be produced through customized scheduling.
Q3: What is the difference between galvanized steel and color-coated (PPGI) steel, and how should I choose for my project?
A: Hot-dip galvanized steel features a pure zinc anti-rust layer; it is cost-effective and impact-resistant, making it ideal for mounting brackets, guardrails, and load-bearing factory structures (and it can be painted over). PPGI color-coated steel uses a galvanized base, offering both rust protection and aesthetic appeal with a wide range of colors; it is commonly used for factory roofing, wall cladding, and energy storage equipment casings. We recommend thicker galvanized coatings for projects in rainy coastal areas, color-coated sheets for outdoor projects requiring visual appeal, and weather-resistant fluorocarbon (PVDF) coatings for high-temperature desert environments.
Q4: Does the factory keep stock on hand, and what is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: We operate our own standardized, zoned warehouse with a capacity of over 10,000 tons, maintaining ample stock of carbon steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel. The MOQ for standard specifications is 1 ton, though we also accept sample orders as small as a few dozen kilograms. There is no upper limit for large-scale projects, and we support mixed-load shipments combining different steel products in a single container.
Q5: What are the lead times for stock items versus customized products?
A: Standard stock items take 3–7 days for processing, packaging, and container loading. Simple cutting and bending orders take 7–10 days. Orders requiring mold creation or special steel customization take 15–30 days; exact delivery dates are confirmed based on the customer's specific order specifications.
